Client: E-commerce Supplement Brand

The company was looking to better extract insights from multiple sales channels across a broad range of product lines for both Wholesale and DTC e-commerce customers.

3 Key Insights:

We built a database with direct links to data within multiple existing warehouses, while simultaneously cleaning the data to extract useful information from the numerous sources, and reconciling against existing reports to ensure 100% accuracy across millions of data points.

We constructed an auto-refreshed Power BI reporting dashboard summarizing sales, costs, purchasing, and inventory & supply-chain metrics, along with the ability to filter and drill-down to micro-level data.

This system allowed both upper-level management and various skill teams within our clients’ organization to seamlessly track performance on a product SKU and customer level with our interactive dashboards.
