A designer and manufacturer of promotional products had just secured their most significant client. The Company was concerned about its run rate given the significant ramp up required to meet the needs of its new client.

We created a weekly model that takes into account each purchase order and its manufacturing and shipping date estimates to determine if, in any given week, the Company will require additional financing

 

Our model took into account the total amount that can be factored, what A/R has already been included in our calculations, and the expected date that the Factoring line would free up

 

Management also used our model to forecast their growth over the next two years to better negotiate a borrowing agreement against multiple banks
