Client: Interactive Digital Display Agency
A successful provider of indoor and outdoor interactive digital displays was looking to expand its business internationally. They approached Sapling to develop a client-focused tool that determines the appropriate pricing model for each client and each individual circumstance (e.g. renting vs. buying vs. leasing).

The company also needed a financial model that would be able to quantify the overall business opportunities and the potential cost levels
We provided the customer with a collection of “mini models” all focused on each customer and their specific requirements and assumptions
The mini models are currently used by the company to determine ROIs to potential equity investors (by calculating IRR & NPV pre- and post-tax, both levered and unlevered)
